Payment

We accept MasterCard, Discover and Visa, checks and cash.
Payments are due at the time of treatment

Appointments

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes early for your appointment and upon arrival please turn off your cell phone. A valid credit card will be required when booking an appointment in-order to secure your appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment time we will be unable to accommodate the entire scheduled time. Treatment times are not extended due to late arrivals and are charged full price. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and apply a cancellation fee if your arrival is more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy

Out of courtesy for our staff and therapists we ask that cancellations be made 24 hours in advance or be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Last minute cancellations and no show appointments will be charged full price.

Pregnancy

If you are pregnant please discuss massage with your physician before scheduling. Unfortunately we are not able to give any type of massage to women in there first trimester.  Please advise the receptionist that you are pregnant when scheduling, as there are some services that are contraindicated.

Contraindications

Please understand that there are contraindications for massage and skin therapies. There are specific conditions in which we do not advise a massage or skin service.  Please disclose all medical conditions and medicines you are currently taking.

Children

Minors are welcome for treatments if accompanied by an adult or a signed waiver; otherwise, we ask that children not accompany you to your appointment.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates can be purchased for any service or denomination. They are not redeemable for cash, nontransferable and nonrefundable.

Gratuities

Gratuity is always appreciated and left up to your discretion. Gratuities can be added to gift certificates and will be noted on the card.
